What are some of your favorite courses and why?

"History: I have always been interested in history and enjoy studying Japanese history. English: Analyzing literature and participating in discussion is fun."

What do you think about wearing the school's uniform? Do you think having a uniform is a good thing?

"Yes, the uniform was one of the reasons why I chose Saint Maur. I don't want to worry about what to wear every morning. I am also grateful for the flexibility in the uniform rules at Saint Maur."

What clubs or activities do you participate in?

"Soccer, jazz band, speech competition, and choir."

Do you feel like you get the help you need with your schoolwork?

"Yes, because there is after-school support every day and all teachers are always open to students with questions."

What are some of the best things about being a Saint Maur student?

"Because Saint Maur is such a small and close community, it's easier for me to connect and make new friends with others."

Do you feel like Saint Maur is a diverse place that supports different cultures and perspectives?

"Yes, because our school is international and we respect every culture. We don't only focus on one culture; we are a mixed-culture international school."

What are the most enjoyable things at Saint Maur?

"The classes are always fun, and very well taught. I'm learning more here than I would be learning in my old school."

What clubs or activities do you participate in?

"I do cross country, soccer, and orchestra."

Do you feel like you get the help you need with your schoolwork?

"Yes, there is help available in every subject. And because the classes are so small, everyone gets the support they need during class."

"Clubs and after-school activities. I participate in baseball, art club, private music lessons, jazz band, and drama club."

"I am always able to get the help I need from all of my teachers. They are always ready to answer questions and explain difficult things."

"Saint Maur is a safe place because you know everyone around you and you can always trust them."

"I am Indian and I speak English, Japanese, and Spanish."

What are the most enjoyable things at Saint Maur?

"I really enjoy the variety of subjects and the amount of things I get to learn. I like to meet new people from different parts of the world."

Give a detailed description of your typical school day.

"I leave home at 7:50 to be at my desk by 8:00. Subjects start from 8:15, and are 55 minutes per class. Our first break is morning recess at 10:10 for 15 minutes. Lunch is from 12:50 to 1:15, and then more classes until the end of the day at 3:20. Usually I go straight home but sometimes I stay on the campus for after-school activities like drama or sports."

Do you feel like Saint Maur is a diverse place that supports different cultures and perspectives?

"Yes, there are so many different nationalities, each with their own culture. I have friends from Japan, US, France, South Korea, Indonesia, UK, Australia, and so on."

What do you want to be when you are out of school?

"I would like to be a lawyer because you get to deal with interesting facts and situations while meeting lots of people. I also want to be a soccer player."

"Having so many friends and all of the activities we are able to join."

What do you want to be when you are out of school?

"I want to be a doctor, dentist, or work for the United Nations. I don't know which one yet!"

What clubs or activities do you participate in?

"I participate in jazz band, choir, Irish dance, and drama. I like all of the clubs I do because I got to choose which clubs to join."

Do you feel like Saint Maur is a diverse place that supports different cultures and perspectives?

"Yes, because it has many cultures, and it has a French school. Also during International Day and Food Fair, the cultures are shared with everyone."
