DESCRIPTION

Please find all the information you need for the exciting two or three-week Summer School Program on offer for students from Preschool to Grade 12. A variety of courses will be offered in sports, arts, crafts, technology, academics, cooking and other disciplines.

A daily schedule of activities is set for Preschool-aged students and for our Grade 1 students.

Students Grade 2 - Grade 12 may enroll in two-weeks or three weeks for one, two, three, or four sessions in a day, allowing for many flexible combinations of full-day or partial-day experiences.

The Summer School Program runs from June 15 to July 3, Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 to 3:00 p.m. based upon your course choices.

While the initial fee is left unpaid, your child's course selection is not secured and may be taken by a later fee paid applicant.

*Some courses may incur additional fees.

If the course/activity enrollment does not meet the minimum number of students required, the course will be canceled and any registered students will receive a full refund unless enrolling in another course/activity.

Cancellation Policy

Students who withdraw from the program are eligible for a refund on tuition fees only. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after June 13.

  • Cancellations received by June 5: 100% refund of tuition
  • Cancellations received between June 6 and June 12 (inclusive): 50% refund of tuition
  • Cancellations received on or after June 13: No refund of tuition

All cancellation requests must be submitted to Mr. Gilles Gaury, Summer School Liaison/Registrar in writing (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), and the date of receipt by the school will be considered the official cancellation date/time.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Everyone is welcome! Students not enrolled in Saint Maur during the regular school year are also welcome to apply, provided they are fluent in English and can follow the curriculum. Preschool children should have some grasp/understanding of English. Summer School Program acceptance conditions and requirements are not the same as those for the regular academic year, however, Pre-school children must be toilet trained.
