On Saturday, September 16th, Saint Maur International School proudly hosted the annual KPASS (Kanto Plain Association Of Secondary Schools) High School Drama Festival.

More than 60 students from eight different international schools from the Kanto Plain region attended this enriching event. Participating students were divided into groups and developed short pieces of theatre centered around the theme of 'revolution'. They spent the day getting to know each other by collaborating on a piece of theatre and learning various theatre techniques from professional theatre practitioners based in Tokyo.

At the end of the day, they presented their remarkable pieces to each other, fostering creative growth. Many thanks to the dedicated workshop leaders who expertly guided the four groups. Congratulations to the four Grade 9 students who represented Saint Maur International School, as well as the four students who diligently assisted behind the scenes to ensure the event ran smoothly.
