As we approach the end of the academic year, the Music department felt it would be a great time to report on some of the fantastic live events that our students have recently performed in!

On April 14th, we held our annual High School Spring Concert. This event is the culmination of a year’s worth of hard work for our High School ensembles - Senior Band, Choir, Orchestra, Jazz band and Jazz Honor Ensemble. The programme was a diverse celebration of music from classical, jazz, military, pop, rock and Broadway traditions. We also enjoyed stunning solo performances from our outgoing Grade 12 IB Music students. The event ended with a series of heartfelt farewell speeches for our excellent class of departing Senior musicians.
