About the class:  

Pilates was designed to deal with pain, faulty posture, overcome weaknesses and injuries and also to enhance natural grace. With its focus on core stability and natural alignment of the body, Pilates helps to restore natural curves of the spine, relieve tension as well as enhance self- confidence. 

 Akiko’s classes are suitable for people with minor health ailments and anyone who aspires to improve their physical strength or wishes to enhance their athletic abilities. 

About the Instructor: 

Akiko has taught pilates in Sydney, Australia for 3 years. She is certified as a BASI mat pilates instructor and a PCA clinical mat & reformer instructor
