On the menu:

  • Pozole: A heart, comforting, traditional Mexican soup or stew, made from dried corn kernels, combined with meat and seasoned with various spices and herbs. 
  • Arroz Con Leche: A creamy, sweet rice pudding made by slowly cooking rice with milk, sugar, and cinnamon until it becomes rich and creamy.
